*Delegates who register as Trainee/Student/Nurse will be asked to show proof of identification from the institution/affiliation during the collection of badges onsite.
The organisers of SHC-EASL 2017 reserve the right to make changes to the programme.
Terms & Conditions
1. Change of delegate name can be done on or before 3 April 2017. For changes after 3 April 2017, there will be a charge of USD 50.00 per name change. No changes will be allowed after 8 May 2017.
2. For any refund matters, it will only be processed 8 weeks after the conference.
1. All cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at email@example.com.
2. Notification received before 3 April 2017 – Refund with 30% deduction for administrative fees.
3. Notification received after 3 April 2017 – Refund with 50% deduction for administrative fees.
4. No refund on cancellations received after 8 May 2017.
